Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, swelling can subside slowly from your hands plaster but if it persists should be reviewed by your primary care physician to rule out compartment syndrome or compression. The medication you mentioned doesn't usually trigger migraine but sleeplessness, pain and generalized unrest can trigger it so you can start intensive NSAID therapy or acetaminophen for the migraine and once other triggers come to normal hopefully you will be better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
