What Causes Migraine Along With Lower Back Pain?

I have had a chrinic migraine, coupled with sharp lower back pain when moving and a niggle consistent pain lower right side ( I have had a hysterectomy, left ovary removed, appendix removal) and severe sinusitus. Although the the migraine and sinusitus have been alevieated the niggle pain and back spasm pain remain. I have also had several cysts on this ovary in previous years.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
