What Causes Migraine And Pain In Whole Body?

Hi, yesterday I gave blood well plazma and my arm clotted so they couldn't give my blood back and after they took the neetle out I started feeling sick like I was going to pass out it got beter so I left and on the way home my heart started racing and I was hot and sweety and I kept blacking out I got home and my jaw started to hert and the hole time I was so tired so I went to sleep I took a nap and woke up with a migran and my hole body herts its the next day and I still have the migran and my body still herts just wondering if I should worry
