What Causes Migraine Headaches And Dizziness While Suffering With Catarrh?

I have suffered from acute catarrh for many years along with sinusitis. The problem has become much worse of late and as I also have migraines many of my catarral headaches turn into migraines as my head is so sensitive. I can often feel my nose becoming blocked..heat of any sort is a main trigger. I often wake with very bad pain,I can feel it travelling around my head and cheeks. The pain is terrible in the fron of my head and often behind the eyes and temples. It is a pounding pain resulting in being made dizzy and not wanting to move my eyes and feeling as if I have earache. An attack can last for several days or a week or more but I am never free of catarrh..just the degree of intensity and pain varies. It seriously effects my day to day life and will be much worse in the summer with bright sunshine and heat. I ve tried all I can think of over the years..sprays and breathing oils etc make me feel worse. Tablets are of little help.I can clear a little by salt water inhalation and the catarrh is white and stringy. I can taste and smell it all the time and it upsets my stomach.
