What Causes Migraine Post Laser Treatment For Hair Removal?

I had laser hair removal yesterday on y face and neck. I have had this done many times in the past with no real side affects other than agitated skin. Yesterday I had a new woman doing it and she, very unexpectedly, shot the laser straight up my nose. I rarely (like once every ten years) have a migraine. Starting yesterday afternoon I have had one and it is still going this morning with no relief. Could the two be connected and if so, what should I do?
