What Causes Migraine,blurred Vision And Nausea Inspite Of Taking Compazine And Nasal Spray?
I ve had a migraine since last October. All day every day. I take topamax 150mg and migranal nasal spray for it. I ve also had other weird unexplained symptoms. Recently ran out of my lexapro last Tuesday. Saturday migraine was excruciating even after I took my nasal spray Friday night (it s an as needed thing) I was in lots of pain Saturday morning along with being dizzy and disoriented and nauseous, so I laid down and cried myself back to sleep, slept most of the day away. Later took compazine, nasal spray again. Dizzy, weak, tired, blurred vision, and lost feeling all day Sunday. Checked my bp at walmart three times while I was there shopping. It s ALWAYS spot on 120/80. It was 98/67 79bpm, then 103/75 82bpm 5 minutes later. Walked around, 96/64 84bpm 20 minutes later. Wondering what to do?

In this situation I suggest non steroids anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen 400mg and sumatriptanfor relief pain. I also suggest lifestyle modification that might help reduce the frequency of migraines include:
- Take plenty of drinking water a regular basis
- Minimum 6 hours of sleep needed
- Avoid chocolate and alcohol
- Regular exercise and avoid stress also helps
