What Causes Migraines And Poor Vision While Suffering Peritonitis?

I had appendectomy 19 days ago.I had peritonitis, my appendix was inflamed, and before they took me down to have it taken out it ruptured. Since I have come out of hospital I have been getting migraines, vision goes completely, feel weak, sweating then freezing. But ice cold to touch when I m sweating. Vomiting, constipation followed by diarrhoea then followed by constipation for a few more days then back to diarrhoea. Also have a rock hard lump underneath my belly button (under and around the largest incision from operation) Please help? Do I still have perotonitis? Or maybe something worse? I attempted to go back to work on Monday, lasted till Wednesday then was sent home due to not being well enough to stay.
