What Causes Mild Abdominal Pain After Falling On Stomach During Pregnancy?

Hello my name is Emily I am about 30 weeks and 6 days ,and this is the second time I have fallen on my stomach the first time I did go in stayed in the OB care room for 24 hr ,to make sure the plasenta didn t detach, everything was good ,I do have minor pain right now ,my baby has not moved bend about 1 hr ,should I be worried ?. Should I wait to see if this mm pain goes away ?I am not sure if I should wait this out or if I should go get checked ,also I am not sure if I mentioned I feel on snow

Please visit your OBGYN ASAP.
Lack of baby movement is not a favourable sign. maybe transient but better get it checked,
Even if you feel movement, always get checked after you have any injury to your body especially abdomen.
