Hi
Welcome to the health care magic and thanks your query here

some times low hormones levels specially progesterone levels can cause uterine linings to start shedding and even miscarriage but a blood loss doesn’t always mean you could be experiencing a miscarriage

Bleeding during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester, is more common than you might think. But it should not last more than 3 days
And should always be reported to your gynecologist

Keep a watch on your bleeding along with other symptoms like abdominal cramps
And take medications prescribed by ur dr and do complete rest until everything become normal again

I hope it helps
Thanks again for the question
