What Causes Mild Breast Pain And Weight Gain?

I AM FEELING SLIGHT PAIN IN MY BREAST AND ITS SIZE IS INCRESING ?? WHAT CAN BE D REASON ND HOW SHUD I PREVENT THIS ?? FROM LAST SIX MONTHS I AM PUTTINY ON A LOTS OF WEIGHT SO I THOUGHT THAT THIS MAY BE THE REASON BUT NOW I FEEL PAIN AS WELL . SUGGEST ME SOME THING THAT CANM TACKLE BOTH THE PROBLEM OF WEIGHT INCREMENT AND PAIN IN BREAST . I HAVE AN IRREGULAR FLOW IN PERIODS TOO.

Hello,

Hormonal imbalances and conditions like PCOD can cause weight gain and breast congestion. However, it is better k take a mammogram to rule out any lump which may not be palpable initially. Do a thyroid function test as hypothyroidism can also mimic this symptoms. You can consult an endocrinologist and get evaluated.
