General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here it seems you are having bronchitis leading cough and chest pain....

I would like to suggest you to consult pulmonologoist for following work up....
-Auscultation
-CBC
-Chest x ray
-Spirometry if needed to assess severity

For wheezing here if more than nebulization by ipratropium bromide might given for two times a day...

If needed sputum examination gram Smear and culture will be done according to which suitable drug given

Steam inhalation done three times a day

Drink hot water for drinking

One tsp ginger juice with honey taken daily in morning

Take care

Consult pulmonologoist with keeping all these in mind
