What Causes Mild Chest Pain Along With Jaw Tightness?
I have been having a dull pain in my chest (center/right) for the last three days. I do not smoke, it gets better when I sit up straight and after I eat something. I do not have arm pain or numbness. I do have jaw tightness but I clench my jaw and grind my teeth so I almost always have that.
Understanding your concern. As per your query your are in 8th week of pregnancy and you are experiencing dizziness and chest pain . The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to cervical spondylosis , TMJ problem or angina. But there can be other reasons also like stand up too quickly, lie down for too long or haven't eaten for a while . Doctor may also refer you to dentist for TMJ . As far as chest pain is concern it occur due to discomfort in your chest might just be your growing uterus pressing against your diaphragm. But if it’s more of a burning sensation, acid reflux or heartburn might be to blame . It is normal until it is discomfort , if it is a true pain the your should consult doctor .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
