What Causes Mild Chest Pain On Left Side While Taking Medications For Gastritis?

Hi I am facing little pain in left chest from quite few,days. I have consulted the physician regarding the same he gave me medicine for gas. It was working when I took medicines and there was relive but again after medicine coarse ended it started paining again.

Yes, this eans to say that you have severe Gastritis and you need to continue medications for a month

Take Pantoprazole 4omg tablets daily one before breakfast for a month.

If it is accessible, I suggest you to undergo Upper GI Endoscopy once to see if there is any ulcer present.

Limit, coffee, tea, and carbonated drinks. Eat timely meals.
