Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
from the medical history you provided it seems that you had chest pain due to heart burn or muscular strains as if you are otherwise healthy person than mild chest pain can be caused by muscle strains , heart burn and gastric problems chest pain due to heart burns are often miss understood as cardiac pain , so if there is no cardiac and lungs issue , most probably there is no serious concern
but if you often experience gastric problems like gas , bloating , heart burn ,peptic ulcers , u should visit your doctor to get it checked
I hope it help Thanks & Get well Soon
