As you are the lady at the age of pregnancy it should be ruled out. Infection requires antibiotic treatment. This antibiotics will affect the pregnancy. So if you are not pregnant than giving the drug to you is no longer a barrier to you. This infection should be treated with good antibiotics like ceftriaxone, anti acidity agent like pantoprazole,analgesics like mefenemic acid and lactic acid bacillus spore. This can cover infection pain, diarrhea etc in your infection. Please maintian good hygiene as it is important in treating the infection.
