What Causes Mild Discomfort In Lower Back Exactly In Middle Of Bone?

Hi, since 4 days i ve been expirenceing exactly not pain but discomfort in my lower back exactly in middle of bone. Although i am not faceing any kind of problem in going washroom ,standing up,sitting down and walking ... but there is somekind of discomfort which us disturbing me.. one or two days back i felt a little numbness in my left leg but its fine now...i am taking myoril .08gms and integesic MR since 4 days and putting volini gel .... please let me.know if there is any problem.. Thankyou

This kind of problem is mostly due to bad postures.
I would suggest you to not sit a stretch for more than 45mins. Take a stroll around in your room after every 45mins.
Do hot compresses to ease your discomfort.
Keep your back straight and in correct posture.
