What Causes Mild Dizziness, And Feeling Of Nausea For A 61-year-old?

If a 61 year old Hispanic male has mild dizziness and feelings of nausea but no chest pain or other discomfort but maybe stage 1 hypertension he works outdoors in landscaping field walks a lot and stays away from xtra salt in his diet experiences these symptoms every once in awhile??
