General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Ask a doctor services. I have read your query.

You have fever, dizziness, light headedness. Now you are dizzy when you stand, you are dehydrated, check your blood pressure & blood sugar.

Get well hydrated, take ORS, water & soup. Take some biscuits with beverage to get comfortable.

Your symptoms denote generalized weakness. Visit ER, get physically examined.

You may need intravenous fluid support & antibiotics. You can take analgesics for fever, one sos when needed. Get CBC, urinalysis done.

Hope I have answered your question, take care.
Regards,
Dr Nupur K
