Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bilateral pelvis dilatation or pelviectasis in fetus is present in 1. Renal or urinary system anomalies 2. Chromosomal anomalies, especially Down syndrome 3. Any genetic syndrome. I would suggest you to consult a fetal medicine specialist so that a detailed anomaly ultrasound can be done, and if required amniocentesis to confirm fetal karyotype should be done and further management should be done accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti Verma
