hello,welcome to healthcaremagic
i would like to know few more details like fever variation, day or night, up and down, relapses, relieved with medication or not, associated symptoms.

so,i would advice you to visit a doctor. and get the following tests done

1. liver function test
2. kidney function test
3. complete blood count with peripheral smear with ESR.
4. sputum smear for Tuberculosis.
5. ECG

for symptomatic relief you can give her PCM 500mg BD

after the results of these tests, any further management can be planned.

hope it helps
thank you
