What Causes Mild Fever And Tiredness After A Head Injury In An Infant?

My 22month old fell outside with his tricycle and bumped his head yesterday he did not cry he is active.he has appitite.he fell about three feet.his eyes are normal he followed a mint i was holding.but today he seems more relaxed and he has a slight fever.he is not as active as yesterday.should i carry him to the hospital.he is now having his second nap of the day.

Yes, since, in a sense, he isn't quite himself today you should have a doctor check him out to make sure he hasn't had a concussion
