What Causes Mild Fever, Headache And Tiredness With Red Rash On Torso?

My symptoms: Slight fever, slight headache and am tired. Have been sleeping a lot, not working. Am drinking lots of fluids, and am feeling somewhat better than yesterday. I would think this was just a slight case of the flu, but I also have a rash covering most of my torso that is bright red and warm to the touch. What is that?
