What Causes Mild Fever, Nausea And Vomiting Caused After Insect Bite On Scalp?

i was bitten on my scalp by many mosqitos i have a bad neck ache slight fever and vomitting and nausea there are 20 or more bites on my scalp and neck they are on my pressure points and my lymphsnoids ae swollen too should i be concern of the westnile i live in sandiego cali

As per your query mild fever, nausea and vomiting after insect bite seems to be due to entry of the toxin into the blood circulation and due to the adverse reaction of the toxin there seems to be the symptoms nausea and vomiting while rise in temperature is the indication of the body's resistance against the irritant or the toxin..
You should consult an Allergist and get evaluated and he/she can do a blood investigation to rule out the exact cause of the symptoms that whether it is due to reaction with the toxin or infection and treat you accordingly..
He/she can advise you to take anti-allergics like Cetrizine or diphenhydramine [benadryl].
Antibiotics like Augmentin can also be advised..
To reduce fever Acetaminophen can be given.
Domperidone is to be taken for nausea and vomiting..
Topical appllication of steroid ointment can be advised over the insect bite areas..
Take sufficient rest and take a light diet and drink ample of water..
