General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be rheumatoid arthritis.

To confirm kindly do RA factor with an x-ray of hand and feet after orthopedic consultation.

You may require tab. etoshine. Apply diclofenac gel or spray.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
