What Causes Mild Headache And Double Vision While Having High BP?
I have had a slight head ache for several days, and have experience dumbbell vision and around outer point of my vision I see some thing a colonoscope ,along with blood pressure spiking up to 269 / 100+ this all started all at once for no real reason

After reading the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that a Blood pressure of 220 or more is a medical emergency as it can cause damage to vital organs like brain, kidney etc.
I would like to suggest you that check your Bp if now also its more than 200 systolic then take a tablet of Amlodipine 10 mg immediately and go to ER right away. The double vision you are taking is probably a sign or retinal ischaemia ( reduced blood supply) due to high BP or it could be a sigh of TIA also.
High BP is the reason of both headache and double vision.
