What Causes Mild-moderate Broad Based Annular Bulging In C5-c6 & Anterior Indentation At Thecal Sac

I have mild to moderate broad-based annular bulging in c5-c6 mild to moderate anterior indentation of the thecal sac.moderate disc narrowing at c6-c7 with moderate disc desiccation.and i was in er with bp of 202/123 two weeks ago and my doctor thinks the pain is causing my bp problems.
