Hi :) Hi have a simple/dim pain on my left side of my adam s apple. When I swallow and sometime when I turn my head or my bend head forward or when I yawn. I can also locate it with my fingers. It seems only physical but I don t remember hurting myself. I don t have any other symptoms. thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there! Thank you for writing us here.
What you feel is a tender lymph node there. A mild pain upon movements of muscles in neck is what you feel isn't it?
Its because a little infection which that brave lymph node engulfed and fighting with those creepy alien looking viruses or bacteria. ;)
Don't worry let the fight continue and that lymph node would be the winner. It would get better in couple of days so don't worry :)
Regards,
Dr Gunjan
