What Causes Mild Pain In Center Of Chest?

>I am a 42 yr old Male with height 6ft and weight 74 kg and serving in defence services. Keep medically fit by cycling. Have been experiencing continuous mild pain in center of chest little to the left last three weeks. No serious impact on my physical activity. What could be the reason.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid movements causing pain.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Take painkiller like ibuprofen.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will mostly improve with all these in 1-2 weeks. If not improving then get done ecg to rule out heart related diseases.
