What Causes Mild Pain In Left Nipple And Pimple Under Armpit In Men?
Hi I am 22 year old male and I am obese at 350 pounds and when I push down on my left nipple it kind of gives a small pain and when I searched I it I saw it said it is a possible symptom of male breast cancer hopefully not and when I looked at other symptoms I saw swelling of lymph nodes in the armpit region and I m not sure if I have that cause I have pimples under my armpit and maybe one of them might be a swollen lymph node I can t tell again hopefully not Can you please let me know thanks

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the malignant condition but it could be due to obesity or at the most it could be gynecomastia, for the lymph node it may be nonspecific and no need to worry about either of these conditions hope this information helps.
