What Causes Mild Pain In Left Scrotum During Ejaculation?
I m 56 and experience a dull ache on the left side of my scrotum for several days after any ejaculation. This condition started about 4 weeks ago. History: I had a vasectomy 13 years ago that went very bad. A few days after the vasectomy, infection blew up my scrotum the size of a grape fruit and I spent 2 day in a Navy hospital on a antibiotic IV drip. Two years ago I had a UT infection diagnosed as prostitus treated with oral antibiotics. My PSAs: first two months after prostitus was 10.4, 3 months later was 5.6, 3 months after that was 3.9 and 3 months after that was 3.5. Thoughts?

It could be epididymitis or orchitis. Regardless, you should have urine sent for cultures and a urinalysis.
