Hii ,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
As you are approaching near to Labor there is high possibility of False contractions (called
Braxton Hicks contractions ) , these contractions are a tightening of the uterine muscles for one to two minutes and are thought to be an aid to the body in its preparation for birth
There are few things which you should know -
like -
Dehydration can make muscles spasm so drinking plenty of water and fluids will help ,
Lying down on the left side can help too , A slight change in movement Sometimes makes the contractions disappear (As you mentioned they become slow when you do brisk walks )
A full bladder can sometimes trigger Braxton Hicks, so urination may end the Contractions
However these are false contractions and often infrequent, irregular, and involve only mild cramping and do not become more intense over time.
But If Your contractions lasts for longer than usual and so intense and regular , if you feel
vaginal discharge , spotting and severe regular abdominal cramps which do not seems to subside with walk or rest
i would strongly suggest you to immediately contact your gynecologist to have a look into it
I hope it help
