What Causes Mild Pain In Testicles Along With Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi, I recently started to have an odd pain in my tesicles when I sit, or sometimes all the time even lying flat. I have to put a pillow or towel-roll under my crotch to ease tge discomfort. Its like my balls are being sucked upward or inward. And my penis sucks in also at times. And I have only 3 to 4 inches when it sucks in. Feels like a vein is being pulled away or something. I even had a semi firm erection after laying beside my wife and that erection felt aweful becaise half of my penis was being sucked inward. Even with erection. Can you give some explanation and solution for my very delicate and embarrassing health related issues please

Hi,

Causes for pain in the testicles can be one of the following:
- Varicose veins
- Epididymo-orchitis
- Partial torsion
- Retractile testes with torsion

This in turn will not allow the penis to be fully erectile due to anxiety or fear. Hence I would advise you the following:
- Consult a urologist
- Ultrasound with colour Doppler
- Tests of urine and blood
All these will give a proper diagnosis and hence allow a proper and specific management as per the cause found. Try to avoid the stress and anxiety.
