What Causes Mild Pain In The Breast?

I woke up yesterday morning with a dull ache in my left breast. I had my annual mammogram done in November 2015 and It came back normal. I m 59 years old. I don t have any radiating pain down my arm or anything so I don t believe it s heart related. I feel fine otherwise.
