General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a strained muscle. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.

I also suggest to rest and avoid activity that ca trigger the symptoms. Local application of Voltaren gel may help in relieving the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
