What Causes Mild Pain In The Testicles And The Lower Abdomen?

I have a slight ache in my testicles and lower belly.......sometimes I feel it in my sides above my hips...it is not intense, is not painful to the touch, it is not painful if I cough or sneeze either...it seems to have come on after I was moving a heavy 20kg radio....could it be groin strain?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Groin/testicular pain triggered by effort may be an inguinal/groin hernia.Groin hernia may give you such symptoms especially when about to complicate.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination.Other possible causes may include: orchitis, epidydimitis, varicocele, tesicular mass...
Just see the Doctor for examination.I will also advise you reduce/avoid weight bearing exercises for now till you Doctor advises you to get back to normal activities.
Hope this will help
Best regards
