Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. Sorry to read about your health scare. It would seem that you have angina/pain on exertion. Do not worry too much about this, the stress test will e able to tell us if you have low oxygen supply to your heart and if that's the case, there are therapies medical or surgical that can be performed to remedy this. I know at your young age this sounds scary, but it is better to find out early on than be the young guy with say a heart attack you know? Meanwhile if you eat poorly, you may want to change to a better diet habit and limit alcohol consumption of you take any, and quit tobacco if you smoke. I am not lecturing you, I am giving you tips to change that historically have contributed to heart disease. I hope this answers your question. Good luck.
