What Causes Mild Pain On Left Breast Radiating Towards Left Shoulder And Left Ear?
Hello, I ve been experiencing dull pain on my left breast which extends to left shoulder blade, left shoulder joint and also runs up behind left ear. I m 43. I also have a lump on my left breast that I discovered last fall and had a mammogram done on or about Oct. 2015 that came back negative for cancer. It feels as if my lump has grown. I have no other symptoms though or noticeable external changes. Should I get another mammogran done or ask for another specific screening. Also, could these be normal perimenopausal pain due to changes in my breast....
Hello dear Greetings Regarding the cause of pain at your left breast radiating to your left shoulder joint and left ear following a diagnosed left breast lump I will suggest you are developing a neuralgia (pain from nerve)
Concerning the mammography done that yield negative i will suggest don't repeat any mammography again what you have to do a a surgical procedure called excision biopsy to remove lump and send for cytology analysis
Thus this is not a Premenopause symptoms reason you are 43yrs you are farther than menopause
I hope this helps Regards
