What Causes Mild Right-sided Pain In The Stomach, Especially After Eating?

I have had a pain for awhile on my right stomach area. It is not severe, but it is like a cramp that won t go away. It seems like when I eat it gets worse and I get bloated. I try to play tennis, and the other day after playing it hurt worse. Any ideas?

I totally understand your concerns regarding this pain
The following points should be taken into consideration
1- This pain is correlated to eating and is localised to the right side. thus the most important factor that must be rule out is gallbladder stones that are obstructing the way of the bile from glabbladder after eating. The crampy like pain is also characteristic of stones obstructing the way of the gallbladder.
2- an ultrasound of the gallbladder must be done to rule out this possibility.
3- for the management of pain , since it is crampy, a spamolytic medication can help you like buscopan or spasfon.
4- mesure your temperature to make sure this does not evolve into an infection.
5- avoid eating fatty food since this might lead to more severe symptoms
Best regards
