What Causes Mild Stomach Pain And Frequent Vomiting?

I have a dull ache in my stomach.It started Saturday and I felt better after I vomited once. I felt fine on Sunday. The dull stomach ache came back Monday a.m. and I vomited a few times Monday p.m. I ve had the dull stomach ache most of the day today (Tuesday) but only had dry heaves for the first time a few minutes ago. I still have the dull stomach ache. I have not eaten much but I can keep food and drink down if I take it when the ache is less. When the ache is more intense I vomit if I try to eat or drink.

Stomach pain with vomiting may be caused by many medical conditions.Some possible causes may include:
-Gigestive disorders like infections(bacteria, viral, parasitic), peptic ulcer disease, Appendicitis, Cholangitis, Cholecystitis, Diverticulitis, Mesenteric ischemia, Pancreatitis...
-Kidney disorders like UTI, Kidney stones...
-lungs problems like Pneumonia, Pleurisy..
-In ladies, gynecological problems like Ectopic pregnancy, PID...
-Just to name a few.
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigations.Depending on findings at physical examination, your Doctor may request tests that will help to identify the cause of the problem.Possible tests that may be requested may include: stool exam/culture, h pylori test, abdominal ultrasound and others.
In the meantime, i will advise:
*You take an anti-spasmodic pain drug like spasfon
*An anti-emetic like vogalene if vomiting persist
