What Causes Mild Swelling And Pain In Right Testicle?

hi my right testicle was swollen 10 days ago. I don t remember any injury. Also no masturbation. I took the medicine as prescribed by doctor. After 3 days of taking medicine, the swelling was gone but sometimes pain was there. Now pain is rare but my right testicle look somewhat larger than left one. I am still taking the medicine. i am 23. Is there anything to worry?

Hii,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

Your Medical History is Mostly suggestive of Epididymitis which is an Inflammation Of The tube located at the back of the testicles that stores and carries sperm
But as you already have taken treatment which has resolved your pain and swelling completely it should not cause any serious issue now

For ur information One testicle is often slightly larger than the other. This is usually normal and nothing to worry about.
but if you still have any doubt and feel any swelling and tenderness (pain on touch ) on Right Testicle then i would strongly suggest you to see your dr again to further evaluate the condition

I hope it help
