What Causes Mild To Moderate Diarrhea And Excessive Stomach Rumbles?

Hi. For about 3 months i have at best soft stools and usually watery ,im still fairly regular at once a day or maybe twice,no pains in stomach but lots of noises going on,fairly healthy diet and not on medication,im a 46 yo male....what could it be...thanks

it can be indigestion and flatulence. can have stool test. take tab uni enzyme and have bland diet.avoid alcohol hot tea and coffee. can have deworming with albendazoletablet.
