What Causes Mild Vaginal Bleeding With Abdominal Pain While On Minigynon?

Hi doc, I m on my first pack of minigynon- however I missed yesterday ......now I woke up in pain and mild bleeding [pinkish colour ]........plz advice me on what to do or not to do......in additional to that what could possible cause pain and bleeding?

Hi dear be relax Minigynon is a hormonal pill, if you have missed pill for a day take two pills together next day to remain safe, mild discharge and bleeding is effect of pills only, it is temporary will go off quickly, if it persists then you should consult.
