What Causes Mild Vaginal Spotting Post Surgical Termination Of Pregnancy?
Hi. I m a 29 year old female. I had a surgical termination 3 days ago at 6 weeks (lmp) I have little to no spotting or cramping since the procedure until a few hours ago. I m now experiencing very bad abdominal pain that has not responded to 800 mg of ibuprofen. I should note that my bleeding has barely increased by much. Does this sound like a pool of blood in uterus? I forgot the medical term for it.

It could be due to, retained products of conception. Get obstetric USG done to confirm that.
