General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Galactorrhea can be seen in: Pregnancy Medicines like anti-hypertensive or anti-depressive medicines Thyroid disorders Over stimulation of breast (during sex, self examination or rubbing by fit clothes) Chronic kidney disorders Hyperprolactenemia
Proper history needs to be taken and investigations would find the cause for specific management.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
