What Causes Milky Discharge From The Breasts?

Good morning, I m 30 years old no child and I m not pregnant but I ve experienced 2 episodes of breasts milk production which I consulted my gynecologist and he prescribed palodel and i took the first time and milk production stopped but a clear liquid discharge has been persistent since the and it s more than 5 years now. I m also not able to conceive. I ve drag all sorts of antibiotics and at one point I was placed on clomid but each time I take clomid, I experience serious pain during ovulation. What exactly could my problem be?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think you should do a thyroid profile and prolactin level to see if there is any thyroid disorder or hyperprolactinemia. Also, get a mammography done. Generally ovulation pain will be there. You can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound and when follicle is more than 17 to 18 mm, you can take injection for rupture of follicles. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks after rupture is confirmed on ultrasound. Do a urine pregnancy test after that.
