What Causes Milky Penile Discharge During Bowel Movement?

I am experiencing a white milky penile discharge during bowel movements together with tender testicles, groin tenderness. Have also had some stinging which doc prescribed anti biotics for. Have been treat for prostatitis in the past but not noticed the discharge before. No chance of std.
