What Causes Missed Abortion After Having Miscarriage?

Hi I had a missed miscarriage 3 months ago and I sugary to remove the sac I was home on the same as my surgery I had no problems on that day but two days later I had uterus infection I got antibiotics and that clear.it up bit now I have no period at all some time Spotting but that little bit but I get discharge with some blood in it is that normal and I still get pregnant we want to try for another baby

Hi,

After abortion, you may take 4 to 8 weeks for your cycles to regularise. You have mentioned previous history of abortion. The cause of recurrent abortion should be ruled out. Genetic causes, immunologic causes, autoimmune diseases, uterine mullerian anomalies, infectious causes, smoking, endocrine factors such as diabetes mellitus and hematologic disorders are some of the causes of recurrent abortions and must be ruled out.
