General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Bilocor is beta blocker and it has decreased heart rate pulse rate and missed beats as side effect. If you are taking drug for blood pressure then you may replace it with ACE inhibitor as Telmisartan. Please undergo ECG and it is very important thing to do as you may be having some conduction problem.
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions. Regards, Dr. Varinder Joshi
