What Causes Missed Period After Switching Birth Control Pills?

I have been on birth control for a year and in June I switched pills. Me and my boyfriend have had unprotected sex once since then. My period has not been regular since I have switched pills. I have taken multiple at home pregnancy tests and they have all been negative. Since I switched pills I have either bled a week before or totally skipped it for that month. I am not showing any signs of pregnancy and I don t have any symptoms. I take them every day very consistently. Do you think I am pregnant?

Hi .thanks for posting on hcm.
It is highly unlikely for you to be pregnant. It is common for the periods to be irregular when you switch the pills due to dosage difference there will be hormonal changes which could be the reason for your irregular periods after few cycles when the body get adapted the cyclEs become regular.
Hope this is helpful to you.
