What Causes Missed Period After Taking I-pill?
hi i had unprotected sex on 28 november. after 2hrs i had ipill .i got periods 6 days before i had sex. after taking ipill der were no results of bleeding or periods .then on 11th dec i had unprotective sex again n den had ipill . till now i din see any results of bleedin n periods.plz help me out :(

Delayed period nor missed period after intake of ipill is a common problem. It is known side effect due to high dose of hormone levogesterol contained in the pill. Emergency pill like ipill is not 100% effective. It is 95% successful if taken within 24 hours & 70 % successful if taken 24-72 hours.
Actually ipill is a emergency contraceptive pill & it should be used just in case of emergency. One should never use them as regular method of contraception.
Use condoms or regular contraceptive pills to prevent pregnancy in future. As you have taken 2 pill sin short time of span, Taking more emergency contraceptive pills can cause serious problems like irregular periods, ectopic pregnancy, ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome & even infertility.
You should also do a pregnancy test to ruleout pregnancy possibility.
If your period doesn't occur even after 7-10 days, Consult a gynaecologist
